Depending on how you use our website, this may include your first and last name, postal address, email address, telephone number, information about courses or events you have booked, messages and other information you voluntarily provide, as well as technical information generated when you visit the website.

3. Contact Forms and Communications

When you contact us through a contact form, by email or by another means, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you.

Information submitted through the contact form is forwarded to Mahakasha by email and is not additionally stored in Freshadmin.

4. Registrations and Bookings

When you register for courses, lectures, workshops, retreats, consultations or other offerings, we process the information necessary to administer and provide the relevant service. This may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, selected offering and other information you provide to us.

Information submitted through the booking form is additionally stored in the Freshadmin website database. The data remain stored there until manually deleted. They are deleted once they are no longer required for the purposes described above and provided that no statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests require their continued retention.

5. Payments

Payments for paid services may be processed through external payment service providers, in particular Stripe and TWINT.

When you select such a payment method, the information necessary to process the payment may be transmitted to or processed directly by the relevant payment provider. The provider’s own privacy policy additionally applies to its processing of your personal data.

Mahakasha generally receives only the payment information necessary to identify, confirm and administer the relevant booking.

6. Website and Email Hosting

The website is managed by Inware. Technical hosting infrastructure is provided by Metanet AG on servers located in Switzerland.

Email communications through info@mahakasha.ch are also provided on a Metanet AG server located in Switzerland.

For technical operation and security purposes, information such as IP address, date and time of access, pages accessed, browser and device information and other technical connection data may be processed where necessary to provide a secure and reliable website.

7. Cookies

Our website currently uses only a technically necessary session cookie.

This cookie is required to provide essential website functionality. It is not used for advertising, profiling or analytics.

We currently do not use analytics or tracking services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel.

8. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are hosted locally through the website infrastructure. Loading these fonts therefore does not require a direct connection to Google Fonts.

9. Social Media and External Links

Our website contains links to our profiles on Instagram and Facebook, as well as a contact option through WhatsApp.

When you follow one of these links, you leave our website. Any subsequent processing of personal data by the relevant provider is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy.

If additional third-party content or services are embedded directly into the website in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated where necessary.
