Nühket Wieben
Nühket Wieben supports women in developing a more conscious and empowered relationship with their bodies. At the heart of her work are holistic pelvic floor training, body awareness and a conscious connection with feminine strength.
In her courses, Nühket combines focused physical practices with mindfulness and a holistic understanding of movement and well-being. Her approach goes beyond strengthening the body, inviting greater awareness, presence and trust in one’s own physical experience.
Her work encourages women to experience the pelvic floor as a vital center of the body and to reconnect with their own strength in a conscious and embodied way. In this practice, physical stability and inner balance are allowed to support one another.
At Mahakasha, Nühket offers workshops and courses centered on holistic pelvic floor training, feminine embodiment and inner strength, bringing a distinctly body-centered and feminine perspective to the Mahakasha program.
